- 07:00:Our Driver Guide will meet and greet you and then pick you up from your Hotel or
Residence or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. This day’s drive will take you through the border between famous Kambaland, the infamous route for Ivory and slave trades during the 18th century by the Arabs and the Masailand famed for its unrivalled wildlife concentrations anywhere in the world and the fearful and brave maasai warriors who defended and kept at bay any African expedition passing through their land. A brief stop halfway the journey for bathroom and stretching will come handy. Continue with your safari and once in the wild masailand, your eyes will feast and spot big herds of cattle being tendered by one single warrior holding a spear and a walking stick and a sheathed sword strapped around his waist. This is the typical African cowboy. Also not to be missed are traditional villages popping up occasionally revealing the ageless and highly treasured cultures of the yester centuries that have defied time and man and still remain authentic.Arrive in Amboseli Park in time for lunch at your Camp or Lodge.
